As a business with an enormous market share and countless team members, social media assets are important for team members to see and share. Amrock, being a part of the Rock Family of Companies, has the distinction of utilizing a platform called Liftoff (internal company social platform), so team members, leadership, and partners can share posts to increase awareness about what is happening in the business. 
The following assets show Amrock's Liftoff shareable content, concepts, and templates developed for the Amrock social media platform.

Email Marketing Metrics
Having worked on hundreds of email campaigns at Amrock, the one that stands out the most is the Refer/ contest at Amrock. Team members could use the tag Refer/ to access internal communications to refer people with their own refer QR code. 

The email campaign had success metrics that varied widely depending on the type of communication. Each batch of communications was sent out weekly as a: 'Pace Report,' 'Whose in the Lead,' and 'Winner' email. Internal communications typically had lower open and click rates than external communications. 
Expectations Guide for Team Appraisers
This guide required a rebrand, and in Sept '22, the rebrand of this document was completed. The guide touches on the Amrock ISMs and how TAs (Team Appraisers) can set themselves up for success. The paper is copy heavy, so I collaborated with a copywriter for the guide's refresh. Like previous Amrock external facing materials, this guide needed to be brought into ADA compliance with labeling images in the PDF, checking hyperlinks, and correcting contrast for those with contrast sensitivity issues. 
Amrock Tradeshow Print Material

Print material developed for Valuation Expo in Las Vegas, September 7th, 2022. Multiple versions of the z-fold brochure were developed. Examples below show a three-panel per side and a four-panel per side concept — a size comparison of the 6x6 in the brochure is shown next to the trade booth's sign to attract team appraisers to enter to win at the event.

Full Circle Title Insurance Co.
The marketing team broke into brainstorm sessions of two team members to develop a concept for a spinoff title insurance company within Amrock. The name Full Circle was an underdog choice but we developed a robust, simple, and secure concept with effective messaging.
Common Ground Series Logo
Common ground is a leadership series focused on opening a dialogue on diversity and inclusion within Amrock with team members. The logo needed to be serious, bold and strong with a focus on adding motion to it for the leadership video series.
